1. Donations
   All donations made to the organization are voluntary contributions towards social welfare and community development initiatives.

2. Refund Eligibility
   Donations are generally non-refundable. However, refund requests may be considered in the following cases:

• Duplicate transactions
• Incorrect donation amount entered due to technical error
• Unauthorized transaction reported by the donor

3. Refund Request Timeline
   Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of donation along with valid proof of transaction.

4. Refund Processing Timeline
   Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days and credited back to the original payment method or donor bank account.

5. Cancellation
   Once a donation is successfully processed, cancellation requests may not be possible except in cases involving payment errors or duplicate transactions.
