Our Impact

Expansion & Reach

  • Started with 8 locations & 8 activities in 2016; today expanded to 45+ locations with 80+ structured activities. With 80+ facilitator and 10 dedicated coordinator team with 150+ active volunteer.
  • Working under Vasti Vikas Yojna, driving sustainable community development.

Social-Emotional Development

FLN (Foundational Literacy & Numeracy) Growth:

  • Through Smart Abhyasika Centers, children from grades 1 to 7 have shown measurable improvement in reading, writing, and basic numeracy.
  • Teachers use Teaching-Learning Materials (TLMs) for better learning outcomes.
  • Conducted baseline assessments to track progress and ensure children achieve age-appropriate learning levels.
  • Increased interest in reading books, storytelling, and creative writing among children.

Creative & Leadership Development:

Renuka Margale

Alumni Student, Mahadev Nagar

When Renuka first joined the Samruddhi Varg, she would sit quietly, hesitant to engage in activities. Recognizing her silence, the teacher made a special effort to involve her in every activity, giving her the chance to speak and gradually helping her overcome her fear. Slowly, Renuka began singing and telling stories, building her confidence.
Through participation in various singing competitions organized by Swanand, Renuka discovered her deep passion for music. She decided to make a career out of it, influenced by the bhajans, kirtans, and devotional songs taught in the Samruddhi Varg. Today, Renuka actively performs kirtans and devotional songs, showcasing the strong values and skills she gained through her time at Swanand.

Akanksha Aathavle

Alumni Student, Gosavi Vasti

Akanksha Journey started to attending Samruddhi Varg, initially drawn by the games. Gradually, she began participating in various activities, including public speaking competitions, which she came to enjoy. Her leadership abilities flourished, and she even served as a monitor in the Samruddhi Varg, helping with activities and supporting teachers in their work.
Today, Akanksha is pursuing a degree in Computer Science while working as a Health Facilitator (Arogya Maitrin) in Swanand's Health Project. Her journey demonstrates how the Samruddhi Varg helped shape her leadership, communication, and organizational skills, leading to her current success.
